Transport Hébergement

Since the event fee does not include accommodation, you are requested to book and pay for accommodation on your own. We have selected and recommended 6 hotels within walking distance of the venue (ranging from 3 minutes to 9 minutes from the venue), so you will not need a taxi to get to the venue. However, if you wish to catch a taxi, Grab Taxis/Cars are also available for you to book online.

We will also provide a small shuttle mini bus to transport you to the venue and back to the hotel in case you do not wish to walk from your hotel to the venue for a condition or factor that prevents you from walking. As soon as you arrive at your hotel from the airport, one or two committee members available at your hotel will assist you with the check-in process.
